1.1 Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the 77dk platform ("Platform", "Site", "We") and its users ("You", "Member"). These terms apply to every part of 77dk's products, services, and website.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, gifting, or leasing an account to another person is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no activity for an extended period (generally more than 12 months), the account may be marked as inactive. In this case, 77dk reserves the right to notify the user and review or close the account.

4.1 Deposits

77dk accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method)
• When depositing, only payment methods registered in your own name may be used
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited
• Provide deposit details accurately — 77dk is not liable for losses caused by incorrect information

4.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from 77dk:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Account verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal

4.3 Transaction Verification

77dk reserves the right to verify, delay, or reject any deposit or withdrawal transaction, particularly where there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity. In such cases, the user may be required to submit additional identification or documentation.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 150% bonus up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. Bonus examples:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• ৳22,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳37,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (the wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus).

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry and conditions — please check the offer details
• Misuse of bonuses or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated
• 77dk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer
• Bonuses apply once only — claiming a bonus more than once from the same household, device, or IP address is not permitted

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

All games on 77dk are conducted on the basis of integrity and fair play. In the event of any technical error, misleading display, or disruption to game function, 77dk reserves the right to review the relevant round and make any necessary corrections.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game session is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection, server issues, or other technical disruptions, 77dk will endeavour to determine the outcome of that round based on applicable records. However, 77dk will not be held liable for any loss caused by technical reasons.

6.3 VIP Program

The 77dk VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on active participation on the platform. Specific benefits and conditions apply separately to each tier.

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited

• Operating multiple accounts or creating new accounts to take advantage of bonuses
• Using fraudulent techniques, software, bots, or automation tools
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds
• Attempting unauthorized access to the system or network
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third-party account
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Using a false identity or forged documents
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes

7.2 Consequences of Violations

If you are found to be involved in any of the above prohibited activities, 77dk may take the following actions immediately and without prior notice:

• Temporarily or permanently suspending the account
• Forfeiting all bonuses and bonus winnings
• Withholding the balance or declining to return it where applicable
• Notifying the relevant authorities
